The Gap

You built your business. But what happens when you're not there?

You invested in your equipment. You hired your employees. You trained them on your standards. Then you drove to the next site and left the operation running without you.

For most owners, that is where visibility ends. Reports come from the people being observed, and decisions get made on secondhand information.

01

Are crews showing up on time?

02

Is the work actually getting done?

03

Are company vehicles being used appropriately?

04

Are employees following company procedures?

05

Is your operation running the way you expect?

Crew Watch provides independent field observation so you can make informed business decisions based on documented findings.

Our Services

Independent observation, documented in the field.

Every assignment is scoped around one objective: factual documentation. We do not speculate, we do not manage employees, and we do not enforce policy. We observe, record, and report.

CW-01

Employee Attendance Verification

An independent observer documents when crew members arrive and leave and whether the site is staffed as scheduled. Findings are recorded as observed, with times noted where applicable.

CW-02

Job Site Activity Observation

On-site documentation of activity levels, equipment in use, and general conditions during an authorized observation window. What was seen is reported; what was not seen is stated plainly.

CW-03

Company Vehicle Use Observation

Documented observations of company vehicle arrivals, departures, markings, and reported use during the assignment window — recorded from a public vantage point where permitted.

CW-04

Equipment and Company Property Observation

Field documentation of company equipment and property observed on site, including condition notes at the time of the observation and any visible change from the prior documented visit.

CW-05

Out-of-Town Job Site Observation

For operations outside your normal travel range. A field observer documents site conditions remotely so you can review facts instead of relying on accounts from the crew on site.

CW-06

Work Progress Verification

Visible progress and site conditions documented at the time of the visit, so you can compare what was reported to you with what was independently observed.

CW-07

Extended Downtime Observation

Observation coverage during shutdowns, slow periods, or extended idle time — documenting activity during the window, or the absence of it, without interpretation or assumption.

CW-08

Professional Time-Stamped Field Reports

Every assignment closes with a written field report: documented observations, applicable timestamps, and authorized photographs. Factual documentation, not conclusions.

CW-09

Secret Shopper Visits

Mystery guest visits for restaurants, bars, cafés, and hospitality venues — service timing, order accuracy, cleanliness, staff presentation, and the guest experience as it actually happened, documented in the same fact-based report.

All assignments are subject to authorization, licensing, and applicable law.

About Crew Watch

We believe business owners deserve to know what is happening when they aren't there.

Crew Watch was built around a simple idea: business owners work hard to build their companies and should have access to independent, professional field observation when they cannot personally oversee every operation.

We provide objective observations and clear reporting to help business owners understand what is happening in the field. We do not manage people, we do not enforce policy, and we do not offer opinions dressed up as facts.

01

Observe

An authorized observer documents what is happening at the site.

02

Record

Findings are written down as observed, with times where applicable.

03

Report

You receive a factual report you can act on with confidence.
